Las Madres of Gilroy (“Moms of Gilroy” or “Las Madres”) is happy to welcome you to our village. Since 1976, this community of moms has been a place for expectant mothers and parents of little ones from birth to age five to find connection, support and friendship.For more than 50 years, families from Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Hollister, and San Juan Bautista have come together through Las Madres. We plan easy, fun ways to get out of the house: playdates, park meet-ups, stroller walks, moms’ nights, themed holiday events, and plenty more. Everything is designed to help you meet other moms, let your kids play, and help you feel a little less alone in the beautiful chaos of raising tiny humans. As a non-profit, the member fees collected go right back into our families. We also participate in community events and provide opportunities to give back locally through volunteering.
